Alyssa is happiest when she's reading a good book, spending time with family, or enjoying the outdoors. She also enjoys traveling the world with her sister, making new memories, and always trying new things. Her favorite thing about traveling is experiencing new cultures and eating a lot of food. Alyssa values helping others and creating memories she'll cherish.

Brenda enjoys keeping up with family and friends, hosting family get-togethers, playing ball with and walking the dog, keeping up the flower gardens and pool, and taking family vacations. She enjoys listening to Christian podcasts, Christian radio, and watching The Chosen. All with her husband, Phil, by her side.

Cheryl Silvers

Just add water. A Florida native, Cheryl enjoys being at the pool or beach, spending time with family, and exploring different cultures. Cheryl and her family were fortunate to spend six years working in Asia. She and her husband now find great value in engaging with both couples and singles, guiding them as they prepare for life in cross-cultural environments.

What I enjoy about working with our clients
As a proofreader, I read a lot, which means I get a front row seat to our clients’ success stories. From linemen restoring power after storms to co ops connecting their first fiber customers in rural communities, the work is inspiring.

Julie is passionate about helping utilities turn customer feedback into action, creating NPS strategies and data-driven solutions that actually move the needle. She’s spent over 20 years working with cooperatives and fiber subsidiaries, making complex challenges simple and results tangible. Outside work, Julie enjoys time spent with family and finding new ways to connect community and purpose.

Julie launched Inside Information the same year her daughter, Sadie, was born. Inside Info quickly adopted a family first culture, even offering remote work in the 1990s. Julie helped craft data-driven solutions before such a concept was popular. She enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering in nonprofit ministries.

Keith Kaderly

Keith is a problem-solver and storyteller, turning data into insights that matter. He’s worked with co-ops of all sizes, helping them see opportunities beyond the numbers. Outside work, he loves the outdoors, hiking with family, fly-fishing, or hunting with his favorite dogs, and brings the same patience and enthusiasm to everything he does.

• Born into the co-op life — second generation.
• Nearly 30 years in the industry (which is wild, since he swears he’s not that old).
• Can’t resist tinkering — one day it’s a handmade knife, the next it’s bringing an old tube radio back to life.

Linda loves dogs, especially hunting breeds (and ones that THINK they are!), enjoys all things in nature…fishing, hunting, gardening, shrooming, hiking, watching the woods and water wake up and go to sleep in all 4 seasons.

Michele Cavin

Creative Services Director   |  

Michele has fulfilled many roles since joining the Inside Information staff in 1997. She took a 7-year hiatus in 2012 to have a kid and help run her family’s bakery in Iowa. When the bakery closed in 2019, she returned to Inside Info with a new focus: email. She moved back to Kansas City in 2024. Michele has a knack for bringing beautiful design and data together. Being at the pool is her favorite happy place.

• Had perfect attendance at yoga teacher training in the early 2000s
• It runs in the family. Michele is Julie Elliott’s niece
• A devoted Kansas City Chiefs fan
• Taught water aerobics in Iowa for more than 3 years

Patrick Lane

Digital Operations Director   |  

Patrick is a curious mix of digital detective, crypto tinkerer, and adventure junkie. When he’s not deep in online research or geeking out over AI and automation, you might find him zooming on his OneWheel with his grandkids, conquering local Ozark Mountain bike trails, or whipping up batches of cold-processed soap like a mad scientist in an apron.

I truly value the relationships I've built with our electric cooperative clients and take pride in the trust they place in us. Every interaction is an opportunity to learn more about their unique needs and challenges, and I'm committed to turning those insights into meaningful solutions. 

Samantha Gleason

Samantha grew up in Bandera, Texas, the Cowboy Capital of the World, and is an avid reader, gamer, baker, and mom of two. She values community and meaningful connection, and enjoys shared adventures with her husband and kids. Whether visiting aquariums and museums or taking family day trips, she embraces continuous learning and strives to make a lasting impact.

Trinity Dixon

Trinity’s greatest joy comes from the connection humor brings. Around the office, you’ll find her cracking jokes and lending a helping hand. In her free time, she spends time with loved ones, goes on walks, writes, tries new recipes, and has movie marathons. Her knack for problem solving and completing tasks drives her to learn new skills and take new approaches.

Wren Taber

Wren designs and maintains the systems that keep data flowing smoothly. Her work centers on making processes more efficient—from streamlining workflows and automating tasks to building Splunk scripts and dashboards that transform raw information into user-friendly tools. When things are working right, nobody notices — and that’s kind of the point.

Nicole is a creative person who loves art, animation, and stories in every form, whether it’s a good book, a video game, or the latest binge-worthy show. In her work, she thrives on details but likes to keep things approachable and fun, drawing on her passion for design, stories, and collaboration.
