Inside Information partnered with OEC to build a centralized communication platform that supports coordinated, scalable member communication across multiple co-op systems.
The previous email management system was difficult to maintain and lacked the flexibility needed to effectively support multiple users and communication efforts across 24 member systems. Coordinating campaigns between co-ops was inefficient, processes were inconsistent, and user accessibility was limited. In addition, data management had become a major challenge, with contact lists, segmentation, and member data difficult to maintain accurately, making targeted communication and scalable member engagement increasingly difficult.
OEC enhanced member communication by implementing a centralized, scalable email communication platform that supports 24 member systems through a coordinated approach. By outsourcing data management to Inside Information, OEC streamlined audience segmentation, list maintenance, and campaign coordination, reducing the administrative burden on individual co-ops while improving consistency across communications.
Using Inside Information’s Vortex EMS and RGE email platform, OEC gained a more flexible and efficient system for managing statewide and member-system communications. The platform supports multiple users across organizations, enables coordinated messaging and branding, and provides detailed reporting and analytics to measure engagement and campaign performance.
The result was a more connected communication strategy that improved operational efficiency, strengthened member engagement, and created a scalable foundation for future communication initiatives across the cooperative network.
