Inside offers statistical random-sample surveys to determine customer interest in various service offerings and/or customer satisfaction levels. Typically, Inside completes 10-12 minute telephone surveys of 300 randomly selected households or businesses, yielding results with a margin of error of +/- 5.6% at a 95% degree of probability. Results of these statistical surveys can be returned in 6 to 8 weeks and are integrated to help guide the overall co-op marketing effort.
Direct Mail Surveys
An effective way to launch a targeted marketing effort, written customer surveys provide a database of information in addition to statistical results. Responses from the surveys can be used to provide follow-up contact and promotion to customers individually. Inside Information works with clients to turn data into information and information into action.
